Role Overview: As an SDR at Sedai, you won’t just be booking meetings—you’ll be a vital part of our growth engine. We’re looking for a high-energy, goal-crushing individual who thrives on challenges and is not afraid of the unknown. This role is perfect for self-starters with an entrepreneurial and building spirit who want to be part of defining our SDR function. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting Rockstar: Use your detective skills to identify and research potential prospects across various channels (LinkedIn, Github, online databases, etc.). Identify individuals who are most likely to engage via the relevant signals. Initiate engaging outbound calls, personalized emails, and social messages to book meetings for our ace sales team.
  • Networking Guru: Engage with prospects on social media platforms to build and nurture strong relationships.
  • Playbook Builder: Help build and refine SDR playbooks that guide our outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Messaging Architect: Help create compelling messaging and build effective sequences that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • A track record of high achievement in current and previous roles hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Experience with newer AI tools, such as Clay, Copy.ai, and Common Room is a plus.
  • Experience targeting and booking meetings with engineering personas is a plus.  
  • A proactive and adaptable approach in a rapidly evolving environment.
